使用过Flex的人应该都用过TabNavigator 这个组件，但是自带的TabNavigator 组件有个缺点，就是tab只能在组件的上面。 Used Flex should have used the TabNavigator this component, but the TabNavigator component has its own drawback is the only component of the tab above. 为此Tink写了一个PositionedTabNavigator 组件，可以定义tab 的位置，很酷。 To this end Tink wrote a PositionedTabNavigator components, the tab can define the location of cool.
