Adobe打压个人blogger？

记得以前向大家推荐过一个AIR程序展示站点 freshAIRapps.com，里面资源很多，不过最近这个站点出了一点小麻烦，被迫更换域名了。怎么回事呢？原来Adobe认为这个站点的域名当中包含 “AIR”,而 “Adobe® AIR™ is a trademark of Adobe that may not be used by others except under a written license from Adobe. ”

我觉得这件事情Adobe有点强词夺理的意思，是害怕这些站点抢占其市场份额而采取的一种手段，按照Adobe的说法，airen.com、airman.com……等站点看来都是侵权了，当然其中包括NIKE，因为NIKE出过一款运动鞋叫做 AIR。
